1st Choice Ventilation

"I am highly impressed with the service provided by 1st Choice Ventilation so far. Brodie, in particular, has been very tolerant of all my questions and challenges. His knowledge and straightforward approach were refreshing. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered his expert advice and recommendations on the most suitable system for my needs, and patiently answered all my questions regarding the various units he offered. after much deliberation, he agreed to install the MVHR solution I felt was the best fit for my home; he didn't try and push an alternative solution on to me, which I truly appreciated. a date was set to start the initial work (installing the ducting in the loft) ahead of a big extension build that will be starting soon; the team handling the ‘first fix’ of the ducting has also been excellent. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, and ensured any mess was kept to a minimum—a big plus when you're in the middle of a project! They’ve worked seamlessly within my timescales, which has made the process stress-free. Although the project is only halfway through, my experience so far has been fantastic. If this level of professionalism and attention to detail continues, I’ll have no hesitation in recommending 1st Choice Ventilation to others. Highly impressed!"

It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. Our ventilation system works flawlessly, and we’ve had no issues since installation. I’m so grateful for their expertise and excellent customer service. Highly recommend 1st choice ventilation to any business looking for reliable, professional ventilation services!"
