"I confirm these terrible reviews. I needed a simple job, just reconnecting my washing machine to the pipe to drain water. Called a service I found online, was told it was 48£ to fix the issue, I booked it for the following day. It took less than 15 minutes to fix the issue and they charged me another 160£ for the booking via a different agency, including vat it came to 250£. On top of it, I noticed a pool of water under the washing machine after the guy left and he said it wasn't a leak, just drainage from handling the pipes. When I run a cycle, the machine was in fact leaking. Not calling them again because I'm sure they'll try to get more money and I don't trust they'll fix anything."

"What a rude and horrible man!!! He was sent by an agency to fix a leak at a tenanted property that I own. He was aggressive and racist towards my tenants and garage an extortionate fee of £190 just to replace a connector on my pipe that took a few mins to replace. He then wouldn’t leave the house until I sent him receipt of payment even though I had transferred the money directly by BACS. Avoid this company at all costs."

"Absolute scammers. Rang as it was an emergency. Got told on the phone it was £49 call out charge. Took 10 mins to fit a sensor and told us it was another £180 on top of call out charge. My.partner was in the house on her own as I was at work so she paid it. Do not use you will be scammed."

"Do NOT use this company!!!!! They are scammers…. Tried to charge me £180 to fit a kitchen tap that I’d bought myself….. plus another £140 to fix my hot water in shower which is still cold… . Awful comms…. Worst company I’ve ever used. I will be calling the police in fact.. to hopefully get these fake scammers closed down . I’ll be contacting my bank to tell them that I’ve been scammed also. And then the police"

"Chap came… I told him a child had put the plastic base of the loo brush down the toilet. He said it was fixed and charged £260. The first time the toilet was used with some loo paper it clogged again. Despite many calls he didn’t come back. A new plumber came and removed the plastic base in five minutes for a fraction of the price and the toilet is working perfectly. I have asked for my money back and so far, despite the chap saying they will refund me, nothing has happened. Watch this space! Just chased them again and they refuse to accept any responsibility or give the name of the “plumber”… what a surprise! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!"
