"Great service by Mark really helpful and friendly. My back door was very difficult to lock really struggled to do it. I phoned late Friday and he arrived 1pm the following day. Knew exactly what the problem was was able to fix it right way. No expensive lock replacements. Thank you."

"Excellent service from Mark. Called 3 or 4 different locksmiths, they couldn’t help. Mark came the next day and the job was done in a few minutes. Highly recommend"

"My inner porch door handle latch bolt jammed so could not get out of the house except via back door! Mark came exactly on time and quickly opened the door, fixed the mechanism and lubricated the handle and locks moving parts. As a result the handle and lock are now working much better than ever and all for a very reasonable price. He also give me some free tips on maintaining my front door lock and handle which was very much appreciated. Finally, Mark is a very friendly chap who I had a really nice chat with as well! I would heartedly recommend 247Locksmiths to anyone looking for a great Locksmith."

"I honestly cannot recommend Mark from 247 Local Locks highly enough. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, patient, knowledgeable and incredibly reassuring. The job itself was far from straightforward, as it involved opening the locks on my classic Mercedes 190SL — a beautiful but extremely old and delicate car that requires a huge amount of care and attention. What really stood out to me was Mark’s willingness to take on such a challenging job with complete confidence and professionalism. Many people would have probably walked away or rushed the work, but Mark approached everything with genuine care and respect for the vehicle. You could immediately tell that he understood how important it was to avoid any damage and to work carefully around such an old classic car. Throughout the entire process he remained calm, focused and meticulous. He took his time, explained things clearly, and handled the car with incredible precision and patience. It was obvious that he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job properly rather than just getting it done quickly. Finding someone trustworthy and skilled enough to work on a classic car is not easy, but Mark exceeded every expectation. His attention to detail, professionalism and overall attitude were absolutely first class. On top of that, he was friendly, respectful and genuinely helpful from start to finish. If anyone is looking for a locksmith who is reliable, experienced, careful and highly professional, especially for difficult or specialist jobs, I would recommend Mark and 247 Local Locks without hesitation. Fantastic service, fantastic workmanship and an all-round great guy. Thank you again, Mark — you did an amazing job."

"Excellent service. We had mislaid the key to open the conservatory door. Rang Mark and he came out and sorted it in record time. Highly recommend. Great price too."
