"Phoned for a quote to have an end ribbon repaired that had come away from the 2 top slats on our roller door. But got some BS story telling me my door was basically written off!! REALLY? I did the same repair on a much smaller door last year, but this one is too big for me to do on my own, so I called to get a price from a “professional” company. Just had a price back from the company that supplied the door for a very reasonable price that also includes a door service! Can’t comment on this company’s new doors, but if it’s a repair you want, and it’s not their door… stay well clear, they will just want to flog you a new one!"
