"Andy was easily accessible by phone and email and always got back to us quickly when we had queries about our bathroom refit. He was prompt and reliable and very patient when we had lots of hassle with the company delivering the bathroom (nothing to do with Andy!) Although the delivery took a lot longer than expected, he worked really hard to catch up on lost time and still managed to finish the project on time. He did a great job and we are very happy with our new bathroom. We are hoping we won't be needing a plumber any time soon, but if we do, we will have no hesitation in getting in touch with him straight away!"
