They arranged a visit, we showed Mark around and he noted the work needed, and a detailed and well-organised quote arrived promptly afterwards. Once we’d approved, the work was carried out quickly and well, and they were exceptionally clean and tidy in our house. They fitted a car charger, an induction hob, and added or amended various sockets and switches. A query over the final invoice was dealt with in an open and transparent manner. I am a self-employed furniture maker and I know how important this kind of service is for building trust and getting referrals. Really can’t fault the whole process.
