"The worst experience I ever had was with this company ! Firstly, I called to ask for help as I had an issue with my door, then I was told someone is going to come and asses the issue without being charged. Two lovely contractors came and managed to screw four small and basic brand new screws. Nothing else was repaired or replaced; the contractors did not tell us how much we are going to be charged or we are going to be charged. Two week later, I received a ridiculous amount of money that I have to pay; without being told none of these. Not to mention, that this website does not offer any “real quote “ or any price lists. Everyone just be aware that you need to get told a price, before proceeding with any service instead of receiving an invoice at home ! Added to this, no guarantee is provided; so you just pay a ridiculous amount of money for one-time service. The reception lady gave me a hard time, as she seemed to be bothered that I called for more info and, the attitude and the tone was just unacceptable."
