A1 Decorators

"Very disappointed with Keith from A1 Decorators. He arrived around 10am and only worked 4-5 hours the first two days. On the third day he arrived at around 11am, said he had to go home for a sofa delivery because the guys couldn’t get it through the door, and that was the last we saw of him. The next morning he messaged saying he had "slipped a disc in his back and couldn’t finish the job". However, he had already taken all his equipment away the day before, so he clearly knew he wasn’t coming back. There was no sign of any injury when he left. When I texted him what paint he used in the living room, he didn’t even bother to reply. He took a deposit but left the job unfinished with many things not done properly. Very unprofessional and dishonest. It’s not even about the £300 deposit (he did buy a small amount of coving), but the lack of honesty and professionalism is unacceptable. He left the job unfinished with many things not done properly. I would not recommend him."

"I am delighted with my hall, stairs, landing and lounge. All done to perfection and not a spot of paint on my new carpet! Thank you very much Keith. Sorry can't add pictures, waiting for paint to dry."

"Keith painted an entire rental house for us. He was recommended by a friend & he did such a great job we’ve now booked him in again to do our house. He’s a clean & tidy worker, professional & his work is great. I would recommend him to anyone We were so impressed, we also used him again to paint entire downstairs of our home! Will continue to use him for our home & rental properties"

"Keith did a fantastic job of painting my whole rental flat, including some repairs, plastering, and small DIY jobs. He completed the job at short notice, and was reliable and communication was good throughout. Thanks Keith!!"

"Keith knows his trade well, solved a few wallpaper challenges and completed in good time. Friendly service, will call him again when we have a new makeover project. Highly recommended!"
