"I previously provided a positive review but the roof leak has come back in same location as before and worse than before. On visual inspection the works done by a2z are defective (tiles are not aligned, the leadwork has come away on chimney and felt laid down is exposed). I have tried to contact via email (with photos) text and phone but no one has replied for weeks. I will wait a few days to see if they reply and if not, I will provide an update review of my experience in due course. Message to A2Z please get in contact to resolve. The true extent of the works was only possible to see once the tiles & timbers were exposed which made it difficult to price accurately. Found extra work that needed doing when they got up there, gave us photos so we could see for ourselves and a quote. When they started , they were in attendance until they finished the repairs. Once completed , the site was cleared of debris. Very satisfied. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
