"I called Chris when the alarm was going off intermittently. He suggested it could be a battery. When he arrived he diagnosed the system, discovered it wasn't the battery but was a fault from a previous horse based engineer 🤠. He explained the fault and showed me (most of it over my head haha). He very honestly didn't (but could have) change or charge me for a battery. He simply fixed the issue, charged the call out fee, and left us with a working alarm.
