"Used this company once before and had a great experience so decided to book a boiler service. Three days after the service I had no hot water. Some very nice guys came back to have a look and recommended I go through my warranty. When I phoned back to question the invoice I received, the manager was extremely rude. I told him I was unhappy and would leave a negative review and he started shouting at me and said he would remove me from their contracts then hung up on me. Do not use! The engineers are all really nice, but the office staff are unpleasant."
