"We are absolutely delighted with the replacement stained glass window we had fitted. The reproduction of the pattern and colours cannot be faulted. It's a huge window, in an awkward place to get to, and the skill and professionalism of the team involved ensured it was fitted in just one day. And the place was cleaned and tidied afterwards!"

"We have been loyal customers and used the services of Adam Windows for over 20 years, spending in the region of £45,000 + during that time. We had large Bifold doors fitted to replace older sliding doors back in 2020 by Adams, which turned into a complete travesty. Not only did they need to come back on several occasions to deal with fitting issues, but we were also left with a gully under the sill, the whole length of the unit, which was later filled with cement. Over the past couple of years, we have had damp issues in the room below the Bifolds, which was thought to be caused by ground water. After spending a considerable amount of money and having an independent report, it was found that the problem had been from the ill-fitting of the said bifold doors. Adam Windows did come back to deal with water-proofing the base of the bifolds, but we are now left with issues with the room below from water and wall insulation contamination. Adam Window have not wanted to take any responsibility, even though we have a full independent report saying that the bifolds were at fault. It’s now unfortunate that we need to look at legal action to deal with the problem. We have been shocked by their responces and how we have been treated, so we will never use them again. Be warned."
