Admiral Windows Ltd.

"Here's Admiral Windows originally dreadful job. The installers responsible told their manager all had gone "well." 3 further days of work by Admiral (through a self-employed contractor) over a 15 day period were required to put it all right. The company has not offered me any discount to compensate for the significant disruption and stress. I am also now left with a redecoration job in 2 rooms, which would not have been necessary had the installation been done properly in the first place. Avoid. Ps Admiral claim in their reply that the bracket holding in the power cable next to one window had previously pulled away from that brickwork on more than one occasion. That is a lie. It had never pulled away from that position until Admiral's appalling work. I'd have more respect for Admiral windows if they just accepted they screwed up on the initial installation. Avoid."

"Steve was courteous, professional and a lot of fun. Nigel did a great job. Together the dream team. Thank you very much. Cath"

"Sarah and the team at Admiral have completed a tricky repair on an older double glazed sash window. They had to improvise using newer spare parts on an older window and managed to repair it so the window is back to full working order. The team had to attend the property on a number of occasions to complete the repair and really went the extra mile to get the job finished. Sarah is very professional and friendly to deal with and Admiral provide a very helpful and niche service which is much needed in Oxford. Many thanks for all your valuable service and help. Best regards Mark"

"Great service and value for money. Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Laura was managing my order and she was extremely helpful and prompt with communication. Engineers arrived at the arranged time/I was kept well informed when there was a bit of a delay on one of the visits and offered opportunity to reschedule if was easier for me. All staff members I had contact with were professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you!"

"Admiral Windows have been great from start to finish. My initial contact was with David in the office who was friendly and extremely helpful, keeping me regularly updated with progress and answering any questions I had promptly. Mike the surveyor then visited the house at the time he said he would and was clearly very knowledgeable and efficient. And then we had Dean the fitter and his colleague (sorry, didn’t get your name!) who were a real breath of fresh air. There were a couple of minor issues that hadn’t been foreseen but Dean was brilliant. He came up with solutions and just got on with the job without any fuss. They were quick and conscientious and did a great job. Delighted with the result and I would happily use them again in the future. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks to all at Admiral Windows!"
