Advanced Patios & Paving

"Pat and his team were really professional in their approach. Bang on time, worked all day non stop, left it clean at the end of every day. The finish and the quality was good value."

"Patrick and Scott have just done both my front drive way and back garden. Patrick 's professionalism and detailed orientation showed since he had done our quotation. They have done a fatastic job for us and always left the sit clean and tidy. His price is also very reasonable. Pat is the most reliable and friendly tradesman I have ever come across. Thank you Pat and the team for doing a great job! I can not recommend Patrick's company enough!"

"Pat and his team, Scott and Blake, have carried out two separate jobs in the past year, transforming our garden (patio, wall, fencing, turfing). We had seen some great work carried out by Pat locally and decided after a couple of different quotes with other companies to go with Advanced Patio and Paving. We were not disappointed. Pat’s skill and attention to detail is outstanding. The team kept the projects to time and always left it clean and tidy at the end of each day. You can definitely trust and rely on Pat and team. The quality of products used is excellent and we were happy with the cost. Part of the work was having our lawn replaced. We have set up a lawn care service with a national company and on their first visit, commented on the excellent quality top soil and turf used. We’ll definitely have Pat back again for another project and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him."

"Pat and his team did a fantastic job. Very patient with my meddling and laid a very tricky complicated tile pattern as well as building a low wall. The results are outstanding and they are really good value for money in a business that we have found to be exploitative in terms of quotes for customers"

"We have just had our garden completed by Advanced patios and paving and could not be any happier. Pat and his team were professional, punctual every morning, efficient, knowledgable and hard working and the result is second to none! The finish is better than I could have imagined and we are so pleased with it, Pats attention to detail is great and we are so happy you came recommended to us!"
