"When we were working with our M&E Consultants on the design and build of our new home in Topsham, we were recommended to engage with ASAP. So, it was in 2018 that Steve started to design the alarm system that was in due course cabled for and then installed at this house. The communication with the monitoring organisation was set up then, and we engaged ASAP to maintain the system with twice yearly visits and to maintain the services of the monitoring organisation. Jason has been our dedicated engineer and Lisa is the support manager to whom we look to book Jason. We love to see him very six months, to know that he reviews each element of our system and confirms that we have the functionality we need. We have had the system upgraded once. On the rare occasion that the alarm is activated - never by an intruder I hasten to add - ASAP and the monitoring company have been quick to respond, help us diagnose what has happened (e.g. a rodent) and to help us reestablish the system. In recent days both Steve and Jason have been VERY supportive of us as we had a couple of issues to deal with and we are ever so grateful that they are there for us after all these years, with a thorough knowledge of us and the house and the system. It’s so reassuring."
