Air Options Ltd

"Great professional service from the customer service team on the phone to the engineer. Good communication throughout Engineer, Ged, turned up on time, diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed to fix the issue so I could make an informed decision. Agreed to the fix which he completed and our unit is now working well - much needed in the hot weather. Will definitely be using Air Options for any future Air Con work."

The team has always been efficient and professional, and the prep work and planning ahead of the job were excellent, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. The admin team has also been fantastic — consistently professional and impressively quick to respond."

"Super happy to have come across Air Options Ltd, what a fantastic company to work with. They have been extremely friendly and professional throughout, providing unbelievable service to customers and suppliers alike. Everyone in their team has been great to deal with including Wayne, their director. Special mention goes to Eilish for being so attentive throughout the time I've worked with them - A real credit to the company! I'd highly recommend Air Options to anybody needing HVAC services in South East."

"Highly professional, friendly and affordable service. I had a cooling & heating system installed at my art school a couple of weeks ago and I am so pleased to have chosen Air Options. Amazing service from first contact to install. Very knowledgeable staff where always fast to respond, incredibly helpful and went out of their way to meet my needs. Fairly priced & provided a smart, very quiet and effective system which perfectly fitted what I was after. The system is energy efficient, has inbuilt nano technology air cleaning system which is reassuring in these times & came with an easy to operate control panel. Delightful company, thanks Justin & Lewis! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"The service from this company is excellent, from booking in the service with Bethany to the engineers coming on site (sorry guys I cannot remember your names). The engineers arrived on time were polite, professional and friendly at all times. They made sure I knew exactly what they where doing and gave me a verbal report before leaving site. Bethany was very helpful after as well, I had a few questions and after sending an email she called me to go through everything which was so much nicer than just receiving an email back, over all I am so glad I chose this company to service our office AC system."
