"Really bad experience with AJM. Came round to give us a quote. Came into the house with dirty shoes and left a mess I could not get out the carpets. Carpets needed professionally cleaned twice (which they did cover the cost of). Throughout the process I was made to feel like I was being awkward/unreasonable. Also, maybe not unexpectedly, did not get a quote after all the faff and hassle. Edit in response to reply: AJM made me feel awkward/unreasonable (not sure how this was interpreted as the carpet cleaner). Yes this was 2024 - I only remembered to review after one of your vans cut me up on the road"
