Aldridge Installations Ltd

"Simon from Aldridge Installations came round and was brilliant - sorted out a couple of alignment issues with the front and back doors. Quick, friendly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be using them again for future work. Thanks Simon!"

"I have just had a new Solidor fitted by Aldridge Installations and I could not be happier. I used the Solidor portal on their website to design my door which was a great tool to try the different colours, windows, glass patterns, hardware etc and fully see what the door will look like. The process was quick and easy, from start to finish and I really appreciated the consistent updates from Simon to let me know what was going on and when the door was due to be delivered and when the fitting would be. I did have to choose a different glass pattern but that was not a big deal for me at all and that was a supply issue on Solidor's behalf. It was nice of Simon to contact me to let me know of the supply issue and give me a choice of whether I wanted to wait a bit longer for my original choice or choose a different type of glass so that I didn't have to wait. Gareth was the one who fitted my door and given how wonky my old house is and the door that was there, he got the job done way quicker than I was expecting. The thought process and workmanship that went into this fitting to make it all work as well as consistantly cleaning up and putting the archetraves back on for us is fantastic. Really great service, and really lovely friendly guys. I am so happy, the composite door looks wonderful, it functions and sits so much better than the old PVCu door. Aldridges also fitted our front composite door a few years back and it is still in great working order which is why we decided to use them again for the back door. It's been great to support our local business and I would 100% recommend Aldridge Installations to everyone. Thank you so much guys!"

"We recently had our very first window installation carried out by Aldridge Installation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and the whole process felt well organised and stress-free. Simon, who came out for the initial quotation and measurements, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly without any pressure, which immediately gave us confidence in the company. The workmanship itself was outstanding. Great care and attention to detail were evident throughout, and the finished windows look fantastic. The team worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and delivered exactly what was promised. What really set Aldridge Installation apart was their honest and straightforward approach. Compared to other companies who spends hours trying to justify a very high quote before eventually dropping it significantly — Aldridge Installation provided a fair and transparent price from the beginning, with no sales tactics or gimmicks. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the result and the service we received. We would highly recommend Aldridge Installation to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a hassle-free experience."

"What can we say excellent service from start to finish. Ordered two windows , the fitters were friendly and professional, done an excellent job. Consulted on pacific requirements. When they had finished you would not have know they had been in removed two old windows and proof they had been in two brand new windows . Thankyou all ."
