"⭐ 5-Star Review – Alpha Roofing & Building (Peter & Morgan) ⭐ We had Peter and Morgan from Alpha Roofing & Building carry out a full strip and refill of a 180sqm roof on our property, which is split between five tenants, includes five dormers, and needed roughcasting too. From start to finish, they’ve been outstanding. We had five different quotes for this job — and Alpha’s wasn’t the cheapest, but it was by far the most comprehensive. Other firms quoted for basic plastic guttering, shorter warranties, and much longer timescales. These guys came in with a plan that included cast iron guttering to match the traditional style of the building, a 10-year guarantee, and they finished a week ahead of schedule. That level of organisation is rare. But what really impressed us was what happened during a freak storm while the roof was mid-strip. Around midnight, high winds blew up part of the felt. Both owners showed up at 12:30am, climbed the scaffold, and secured everything to stop water getting into the property. They didn’t just patch it — they came back the next day and repaired the affected ceiling inside one of the flats completely free of charge under their own warranty. That’s above and beyond. They were clean, respectful, and clearly take pride in what they do. Every evening they left the job spotless — materials stacked neatly, scaffold secure, no debris.
