However I was not happy with the appointment booking system as my husband has dementia and I gave them the reasons why it was important to have a pm appointment and the agent confirmed it on the phone. They then sent me a text the night before 4 mins to 5 (too late to phone them) confirming an am appointment!!!"

"Been an AMCO customer almost 15 years, NO MORE. I'm cancelling. Here's why. 1. TERRIBLE service. - Never show up when they say. - They show up and charge you and don't fix - Claim they called when they haven't. - Loads of excuses. 2. VERY EXPENSIVE - Seriously, compare for yourself. - BUT service is off the charts expensive, and terrible. 3. CONSTANT faults - Alarm is often simply not working (see the photos) - Alarm panel is indecipherable, even for a tech guy like me - Sensors use obscure, expensive batteries which die all the time. - Changing the batteries usually breaks the sensor latch (so THEY need to install a new sensor)"

"I've been with Amco for the last 4 or 5 years and always found customer services very polite and helpful. Yesterday I had my annual maintenance check. A young man called Amarjit came to do it. I can't praise him enough. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and if there was something he wasn't sure of he called in to check. (I find that this is excellent on Amco's part because it means that the job is done properly at the time instead of the engineer needing to come back.) I was so impressed by Amarjit that I just wanted to report that the maintenance check was the most thorough I've had."
