"We recently had a conservatory installed and overall we’re very pleased with the finished result. The quality of the product is excellent — the frames feel solid, the glazing is high quality, and the conservatory stays much warmer than expected even during colder Aberdeenshire weather. The glass roof and doors also feel premium and well fitted. The workmanship from the installation team was very good throughout. The fitters arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and paid attention to detail. The finishing work inside and outside was neat, and any small snagging issues were dealt with quickly. Customer service was generally positive. Communication before installation was clear, and the project coordinator kept us updated during most stages of the build. There were a couple of delays with scheduling, but these were explained and resolved professionally. Overall, we would recommend the company based on the quality of the conservatory, the standard of workmanship, and the professionalism of the installation team."

"Anglian sale rep, Cameron visited our home as we were looking for patio doors to be installed. We chose to decline the initial quote as felt the service elsewhere was more superiors going by reviews from family and friends. Cameron then reached out nearly 2 weeks later and reduced the quote by 50% after speaking with his manager, Ian Inglis (who has left a review of Anglian being excellent - SHOCK!). We were delighted with the reduction but at the same time confused how they could offer the same service for 1/2 price. If we chose to accept we would need to pay 10% deposit. After reviewing the agreement it seemed legit and confirmed all works we required so we decided to accept the quote and pay the 10% deposit. This required us to withdraw from a pending contract with another company too. We were then told by Cameron an architect would be visiting to finalise the drawings ahead of materials being purchased. Cameron then went radio silent and we received a letter from Anglian a few days later increasing the cost by 50% due to "additional works" required, which took us back to the initial quote cost. We would also have to organise our own building warrent ahead of works being carried out as this was not included in the cost. We then withdrew from the contract immediately and reached out to Anglian admin regarding receiving our deposit back and the advisor we spoke with couldn't have been more helpful (wish we got her name). The advisor was also shocked at the 50% mark up and could understand why we decided to withdraw. We feel Anglian reduced the cost to secure our custom and perhaps assume we would see the contract through even if they increased the cost. If something feels too good to be true it probably is. AVOID!"

"Avoid purchasing from Anglain. Long story, very much shortened. My parents, both in their 80s got a total botch job on fitting of secondary glazing in their home. (Listed building) A late installation then numerous calls and formal complaint a manager arrived and agreed it was poorly measured and installed and all would be replaced. That was a month ago and they've heard nothing. 100% taking advantage of an elderly couple assuming they won't complain! They were quick enough to chase the money, which had already been paid in full. There are so many independent smaller businesses, that would actually appreciate your trade. I implore you to go else where."
