"Very disappointing experience. They came out to measure up for a quote, but all they did was did take a photo of our window. We were told we’d receive the quote by the end of the day, but nothing ever arrived. I contacted the company multiple times over the following three weeks to chase it up, but I still never received a quote or any explanation. Poor communication and a complete waste of our time. I wouldn’t recommend them based on our experience."

"Really poor experience from start to finish- I would advise you to avoid like the plague! They won't even call or email back to acknowledge a complaint. I really wish I'd trusted my first instincts and never engaged - they've cost me time and money. They came over, out the pressure on... Buy today and you'll get a good price. Then gave me a hugely inflated price. Then they called weekly with "offers". Eventually I cracked as they'd given me a competitive offer, and paid the deposit on the agreement they would fit it by a set date (3 months in the future) . Time passed and no date for installation, eventually I called to chase and was told they'd phone back. Another week on they called to say they couldn't provide what they'd sold me but would do something else. Reluctantly I accepted as it was too late to find another company. Then I waited... No date. Turned out they never ordered. I cancelled on the grounds of them missing selling a product they don't have and went with another company... Who gave me a better price too."

"Really disappionted with this large company SOLD A FRONT DOOR, PAID A DEPOSIT Anglia in November realised they could not supply what they said they could supply ...never thought to inform me as a customer..eventully spoke to a area manager Mr Porter who apologied sent me a email confirming a refund But to date no refund, unable to speak to anyone regarding the refund to date. I WENT TO THIS COMPANY AS MOVED TO A NEW AREA HOPING A BIG COMPANY WOULD LOOK AFTER CUSTOMERS ... EAST DEVON AREA I come under SO LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN TO THIS BIG COMPANY .... DEPOST PAID IN GOOD FAITH SIX HUNDRED POUNDS ...SO looks like this mistake will cost the company more in the courts ... please think twice as I only found out wondering when my fitting date was about all the mistakes, made and lack of notifying me as a customer HAPPY TO TAKE MONEY BUT CLEARLY UNHAPPY TO REFUND WHEN AGREEDED"

"We had our porch fitted last Thursday 2 doors, 2windows and 2 small windows. All looks good except not finished. The wrong parts were sent so the bars that go across the bottom of both doors is not finished meaning the strips slide out. Also one of the doors is slightly stiff so it is either the handle or the hinge which need adjusting. I have made numerous calls spoken to salesmen for the company but to date nothing has been done. We were told that the job would be completed on the Friday before 10.30 but no one came. No phone call to advise they would not be coming either. This product is not cheap so their customer service needs to be good which is very clearly lacking. Very dissatisfied."

"We have just had a brand new set of windows and doors fitted with Anglian. We got a great price but most importantly they look great! The installer (Ceyhan) did a fantastic job!!"
