"Polite enough at reception desk but had to phone them to check if my part was in despite being told they would contact me. Very slow with parts delivery and extortionate price of £60 for an unbranded part. I could have bought a branded part from Screwfix or Toolstation for £28. I could never recommend Apollo Trade Windows and will never visit again. I’m giving the two stars purely on polite staff but for service and price it should be a 1 star. Note: I am not a trade buyer but I see other reviews where Apollo say they only sell to trade."

"I would not recommend this company. My order was significantly and repeatedly delayed, resulting in avoidable added labour costs and throwing my schedule. There were also a couple of mistakes on the order when it did eventually arrive. They initially apologised and agreed to seek a discount from the manufacturer, whom they blamed, but ultimately nothing was forthcoming. After that it became clear they just didn't want to know."

"I've read the reviews about Appollo and thought I would make up my own mind. I give nothing but praise for the shop and staff. Paul has been really helpful and gone out of his way to resolve any issues we've had. Deliveries were on time and quality of doors are great. In my opinion I'm pleased I used this store."

"After spending thousands of pounds in separate orders the owner Paul says he made a mistake in selling to me as l wasn't trade. He was well aware of this fact when l placed the orders, and was quite happy to take my money. I imagine he forgets quite a lot of the time that a lot of his customers aren't trade. He is without doubt one of the most arrogant and rude people l have had the misfortune of dealing with. It says it all when the person who delivered my order said his boss was rude and miserable. Like another reviewer of this business, l would give 0 stars if possible. If you want peace of mind and good customer service, look elsewhere. Updated response to owners comments 23.3.21 It would help if you got your facts right before making such an ill-informed response. First of all, I did not tip your delivery driver as you claim. He turned up 90 minutes later than the time you told me, which wasn't a problem until he laughed and told me he had been at home putting his feet up and lost track of the time. I was actually about to phone you to ask where he was, when he finally turned up. He took great delight in the fact you were unaware what he was up to. So you are totally deluded if you think I tipped him after keeping me waiting while he was at home putting his feet up My latest purchase was to replace a single glass door with an offset French door. I asked your advice when placing the order and told you exactly what I was replacing, which would involve cutting away some of the brickwork to fit the new door. I asked about using the skip when l placed the order and you were quite happy for me to use it then. I came to use the skip on 17th March. One of your employees came out and asked me if l had bought anything from you. He then remembered me and said it was fine. As the skip was full he said I could leave the bags of rubble at the side of the skip and he would dispose of them when the skip was empty. As I wanted the heavy duty bags back he suggested l come back in a couple of days. He was aware of what was in the bags as l had told him. I did not "fly tip" as per your accusation. You gave me permission when the order was placed and your employee didn't have a problem when he told me to come back when the skip was empty. Your accusation is therefore libellous. You did not respond to my comment regarding you claiming you made a mistake in selling to me on 3 occasions as l wasn't trade. As well as updating other parts of your website as you have done, it might be helpful if you added a clear notice stating that you only sell to the trade and not members of the public."

"I am giving one star as doesn’t give me the option to give zero. Do not use this company. Paul the owner is a very rude man. Ordered a window 3 months ago and understandably with the virus been a very long delay. Called many time as the builder completed the work. So was not needed. He had more jobs to do. As from 2 months ago told him this was no longer needed. Refused to give any refund before the window was even made. So rude every time I called. Bank gave me a refund so called him only for him to put the phone down on me twice. I ask is this professional and I come up with an answer...NO...avoid"
