"/////UPDATE FOLLOWING OWNER’S RESPONSE: I was very surprised by the landscaper’s response. To clarify: during our meeting I asked if Sam would like to see the interior of the house, as our conversation was very much about how the garden could connect with the home. He agreed and I showed him round. Because the house is all on one level and every room overlooks the garden (including the primary suite with large bifold doors opening directly to it), I felt it was highly relevant to demonstrate the perspective from indoors. As an interior designer, I consider this context essential when planning landscaping. At no point did I act inappropriately or share any “intimate or personal info” and it is both bizarre and upsetting to have this framed in such a way. My intention was purely to help him understand how the two spaces could work together. When Sam visited, he was very enthusiastic about the project and said he would send me a quote. Instead, I heard nothing further despite following up. I would have much preferred honesty from the start, rather than being ignored with no explanation. Original review remains below: I was really keen to work with Aqua Landscapes after reading good things and Sam seemed knowledgeable when he visited my property. Unfortunately, that’s where the communication ended. Despite following up, I never heard back again. It’s such a shame - I was genuinely excited to get the project going. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted or being left hanging with no explanation. Disappointing experience."

"Sam was excellent from start to finish. Work was done as we had requested. He and his team are 100% trustworthy and if we were not there, we allowed them access to our house to use the facilities. Based on their success, they have now got some work with our next door neighbour and will return to us soon to replace fencing."
