"Very happy with ARL Coatings! We had our windows sprayed from white to anthracite grey recently and the finish is fantastic. The windows look brand new. Ashley was great from start to finish providing the quote and answering all of the questions I had. The two lads that arrived to complete the work were brilliant. Really polite and friendly, covered everything over that wasn't being sprayed and cleaned everything up before they left. Obviously time will tell how well the paint performs, but I couldn't be happier with the service so far and the finish I have been left with immediately after. I would happily recommend ARL Coatings and will also be getting them back again in the future for some windows at the rear."

"Nice Overall Job With Some Flaws to Watch Out For I hired ARL Coatings in November to spray paint my kitchen from grey to white. We obtained several quotes, and ARL’s was about average (not the cheapest, not the most expensive). We chose them largely because of their excellent reviews. Communication beforehand was very good. Craig and Paul arrived on time, worked hard, and were genuinely lovely guys. Overall, the kitchen is a definite improvement, but unfortunately there were a few issues that let the job down: The plastic plinth protector on the skirting board (which simply slips off) wasn’t removed and was instead painted over. It looks quite poor, although it is an easy fix. The spray paint didn’t adhere properly on all doors, and in some areas the original grey is still visible. I was told to leave everything in the cupboards as it would be protected. However, several doors were sprayed in situ and everything inside the cupboards ended up covered in paint — pots, pans, crockery, jars, etc. Some items could be cleaned, but a significant amount had to be thrown away as the paint wouldn’t come off. The job took two days and felt rushed. In my opinion, an extra half day would have made a big difference, allowing sufficient drying time between coats. They did say they would return to respray the skirting, but unfortunately I never heard back and received no response to my follow-up messages, which was disappointing. Would I hire ARL Coatings again? I’m on the fence. The team were very pleasant, but there were some avoidable mistakes that ultimately affected the overall experience."
