"Can I use the word crook? NO? OK. I'll try sharp practice and taking (financial) advantage of the elderly. My 92 year old father rang these on Saturday morning. They didn't show up until 1535 Monday. They were there for 33 minutes. The job took about 25 minutes and they charged my father £570 for CHANGING A LOCK and HANDLE. A basic lock and handle on a basic upvc door. Having to give them 1 star is turning my stomach. AVOID or be SORRY. Update: 5/4/26 8 days later and they still refuse to give me a breakdown of the bill. They didn't leave an invoice and haven't even responded to my request for one. They have, however, threatened legal action if I post anything untrue."

"An absolute rip off, I would not recommend anyone using this company. If I could put no star I would. Had a small broken hinge replaced on a small conservatory window, was stunned at the cost, approximately 25 minutes work, cost well over £500. Queried the cost and was told materials have gone up in price but for what looked like a relatively small part this didn't seem justifiable."
