"We were contacted by Astek a while after we had to put our original garden project on hold following unforeseen expensive issues with our home renovation. Astek came back to us with real enthusiasm, care and concern and were keen to help us get the outdoor space we wanted and within our budget. The ideas they created were excellent and we hardly needed to change anything on the plans, and if anything we added in extras to make it exactly what we wanted out of the space. It was a daunting project as it was quite a large space, but from the start Richard, John and the team put us at ease and made us really confident that they would deliver exactly what was desired. The whole team went above and beyond expectations. The landscaping team (Danny, Jake, Lee and Chris) were amazing. They were happy, friendly and hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. Even when we encountered some unexpected issues along the way, they were always reassuring and helpful and there was never a moment that we doubted their abilities to put things right. John (Project Manager) was always on hand for questions and Danny (Landscaper) constantly kept us in the loop so we always knew what and when things were happening. The entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and with quality rather than just quickly. It was safe to say that we actually missed them when they’d finished if for no other reason than they approached every day with a smile come rain or shine. Any small post completion snags were dealt with quickly at our final sign off meeting and we felt happy knowing that the team would always be on hand if we had any queries further down the line. We would absolutely 100% recommend Astek to anyone looking for a fully project managed quality garden renovation, all done by a local family run business who care for their customers."
