"After much deliberation I chose Aurora because, unlike some other conservatory providers, nothing was too much trouble. Workmanship was brilliant. No days breaks waiting for diffetent tradesmen, they just got on with it. All organised. Extremely helpful with design etc. All technical drawings etc were given to me for my deeds. Very professional. Thanks to Andrew. The building team Paul and Richard, backed up by Matthew, were superb and didn't even mind my little puppy saying hello each morning. All my friends are delighted with the end result as am I. However, I think the most important thing from my point of view is that my lovely garden room looks like it's been here forever. "Had our beautiful conservatory built in 2022 and it has been my 'happy place' ever since. Last week I noticed that one of the glazing bars had come loose. I contacted Andrew at Aurora, who answered me very promptly. Yesterday Matthew came out to repair the glazing bar and checked the others over whilst he was there. I couldn't fault the service when it was constructed in 2022, but now I have reveived prompt, friendly, excellent after care too! Thank you Aurora team."

"We were really pleased with what Aurora did for us in replacing our conservatory sides and roof. Having had several companies round to talk to us, Andrew from Aurora was the only one who came up with positive suggestions to help us keep to our budget. Communication was excellent throughout. Andrew kept us up to date on what was going on and when. The workmen arrived when they said they would, they were pleasant and cleaned up the site. They came every day and the project ran to timescale. There was a problem with one of the glass panel (not Aurora's fault) but Aurora ensured this was swiftly remedied. We would have no hesitation in recommending Aurora to anyone."

"We couldn’t happier with our extension. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted but the design evolved as a result of numerous useful meetings. The work has been done to a high standard and all members of the team, from planning to finishing touches, were professional, considerate and friendly. Any queries or requests along the way have been dealt with efficiently and with an open mind. As well as the Orangery, Aurora were able to offer a range of other building, plumbing and electrical services. They may not be the cheapest option but we would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting high quality workmanship and customer service."

"Our conservatory was originally built in 2008 and after 17 years needed a refurbishment triggered by some water ingress we were getting in one of the corners. We reached out to Aurora who recommended new box guttering and replacement glass on the roof which is higher performance than the original glass plus exterior painting and decorating. The water ingress has now completely stopped, we're also getting the benefits of the new glass in terms of temperature regulation and the exterior now looks really smart. Andrew Smith looked after us really well throughput and the installation team led by Paul Newell did a great job, including coming back to fix a few small issues after the job was completed. The customer experience and after sales care we received has been really good. We've got no complaints at all with the quality of the work and the overall customer experience has also been really good. To be fair, the price was not cheap, but the quality is excellent and the work is guaranteed for 5 years (and 10 years on the new glass) so overall we are very happy."
