From the start, Sean was approachable, patient, and refreshingly free from any hard-sell tactics. He spent ample time explaining the mechanics of heat pumps, breaking down the pros and cons in plain language, and answered every question without rushing me toward a decision. After considering everything for about two months (and again no pushing from Sean), we decided to move ahead. Sean kept me fully informed on the system design and installation process before the team even got started, which really helped me feel confident. The actual installation took around three days, and the workmanship was excellent. At the end of each day the house was left spotless!! Sean followed up multiple times afterward to ensure the unit was running smoothly, and he even came back on-site to make some fine-tuning adjustments. It’s now been two months with zero hiccups.
