Excellent experience from start to finish- Samantha in the office was very quick to respond to our initial query with a detailed quote that was decent value and comprehensive. The team with Jack & Elliot turned up, and worked very efficiently- they had to work around a full house and were very friendly and courteous. They explained exactly what they were doing, and the work looked very neat and worked perfectly. Elliot then took us through everything. Jack & Bernard responded to any follow up queries quickly and helpfully. Very honest, friendly company with high quality workmanship . Would recommend strongly and have done so."
