Baileys & Co Roofing Contractors

"Dave and the gang did an amazing job replacing the roof on my 1820s lodge house in Otley. Superb craftsmanship and great communication throughout. Excellent price too. Would totally recommend it was great to have someone I trusted completely working on my much loved old House."

"We hired Dave to complete a tiled sloped roof and flat roof cover on our new home extension. Despite some delays on our side, he was flexible, professional, and got the job done to a really high standard. What stood out beyond the quality of the work was how genuinely helpful he was throughout the build — proactively suggesting other trusted trades when we hit snags on other parts of the project. That kind of support goes above and beyond what you'd expect, and it made a real difference. He was always honest about what was and wasn't achievable, which we really appreciated — no overpromising, just straightforward communication and a great work ethic. Reasonably priced too. Would absolutely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks so much!"

"I would be happy to recommend Dave at Baileys and co - he was very responsive, after the initial visit he kept in touch due to delay, and when they came, I was very pleased with the result - they described what was happening, cleared up after themselves and I now have a weather safe roof with a great guarantee - and their quote is very reasonable. I can see how Dave values the quality of his work and is someone I would trust for larger jobs. Thankyou."

"Would 100% recommend Dave to everyone for roofing work. He came to give a quote and brought his drone with him. He sent me photos of my roof but was never pushy at any point, but still answered any queries I had. I told him to book me in as the photos showed that my roof needed replacing. His quote was very reasonably priced and a lot less than what the neighbours roofer was quoting. Dave and his team started on Saturday and the whole roof was fully replaced and completed by Monday. Very impressed with his professionalism and work ethic."

"I found Dave through a post on Graham’s (Builders Pinnacle) page. I initially contacted him for two flat roof replacements, but once work started, it showed the main roof also needed replacing. Dave was happy with me asking questions or concerns throughout. It took a little time to get it all completed but I am happy with the work. I’m confident Dave is available if I ever need him. Thanks Dave and the team for the effort :)"
