"Absolutely would recommend the company. I intially had Greg or something along the lines for my first survey and the product was so detailed and it was obvious that a lot of time and effort went into it. I loved having the call the next day after the survey as well for the briefing I think it’s a nice touch. It did end up helping me decide not the proceed with the first flat I was in the process of buying. However the second survey we got from them was in comparison less detailed (believed it was done by Grant). The thing that really frustrated me this time around was that I paid extra for a valuation that only confirmed the known purchase price. The fact that they expected me to pay an extra 100 and something excluding vat for a binary answer when the previous survey was more detailed for the same price was taking the piss. Furthermore, I never heard back from them regarding other professionals they said they would recommend for follow up inspections. Overall worth the investment with the caveat of who you end up getting."
