Barton Windows, Doors & Conservatories (PE Barton Ltd)

"Pete, Lisa, Steve and John have been amazing through the whole process of replacing my doors and windows. The customer service they offer is outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. Their quote was reasonable and I knew I was in good hands when I instructed them to do the work. John and Steve who did the work turned up on time every day, where tidy, helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Steve has a fantastic cheeky personality which made them being here even more enjoyable and the job went so smoothly. I had a large number of doors and windows for them to install, but they made sure every detail was covered off during the installation. The aftercare service from Lisa and Steve is also outstanding, and if I had a query it was dealt with really quickly and I was reassured. Thanks guys for all your help, it means alot. KR Michelle"

"We recently had new windows and doors supplied and fitted by Barton Windows. Absolutely chuffed to bits with the service from start to finish. I would highly recommend then to anyone 10/10 for value for money, quality and efficiency."

"I contacted Ian at PE Barton ltd and asked him to quote for new windows in a commercial unit at the Lansdowne Bournemouth. He came back with a competitive quote within 24 hours and they carried out the work with in the short time frame required. All his staff acted professionally and i am very satisfied by the work carried out. I would strongly recommend them."

"AVOID BARTONS AT ALL COSTS! Poor quality products with substantial faults, supplied damaged and installed poorly. Add to this a complete disregard for customer service or basic courtesy. Appointed through a main contractor who was fired from the project, Bartons were asked to attend site to assess defects which include multiple product faults and poor workmanship on site, and not small issues either (windows that don't open, doors warped shut). They have refused to even attend site and look at the issues with their faulty products and poor installation. A complete disregard for doing the right thing with an end customer who spent c.£40,000 on a full set of windows and doors circa.30 in total of which 12 are defective! Their claims around quality and customer service just don't stand up to testing! AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

"Excellent, I had several quotes, there first quote was excepted without any haggling they were more than competitive. Very impressed with the fitter’s spot on, timing cleanness, polite and the actual fitting of windows first class. Would definitely recommend them, first class."
