"I contacted Belfast Boiler Installations towards the end of the week and they had everything sorted by the following Monday. They operate an emergency service which was a massive help. Their online reviews were great, and while I usually do not leave reviews myself, I really appreciated the help and service I received, which is why I felt it was worth mentioning. I was a bit sceptical at first about paying a deposit, but it was only taken once they were actually on site carrying out the work, which reassured me. Everything was handled professionally and payment was made directly to the team once the job was completed. They went above and beyond with customer service, especially helping to set up the WiFi system so I can monitor and control the heating remotely. They gave helpful suggestions, explained everything clearly, and I am now able to turn the heating on and off automatically through Google Home, which is brilliant. They also had to remove an old back boiler and water tank that had not been upgraded since the 1990s. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout. I would definitely recommend them."

"Can't recommend this company highly enough. My boiler went on Monday. I read through some reviews online and decided to call this company. They promised me as they were due to be in my area later that day, they would call and look at my faulty boiler. They were true to their word. The 2 Paul's checked my old boiler thoroughly. Turns out it was 20 years old and was basically knackered and potentially dangerous. There was no hard sell but they recommended a boiler replacement. I agreed and they said they would get back to me that day with earliest installation date. Again, true to their word, they did and said they could do install they Friday (yesterday from this review). I can't fault them one bit in relation to the actual work. The 2 Paul's were polite, courteous, informative (talked me through each step of the installation), very clean (covering all floors to avoid mess). The quality of the workmanship was second to none. They even arranged for the old boiler and associated rubbish to be lifted from outside my house promptly after installation. Such a high standard of professionalism on all fronts. If you want a new boiler installed, look no further and make this company your 1st point of call."
