"Made an appointment to have my boiler serviced and the arrangement was that they would be with me between 09:00 and 12:00 o’clock Monday morning. I took time off to accommodate this and waited. Just before 12:00 an engineer arrived to say they couldn’t do it (due to some bit of equipment being calibrated). He claimed to have to tried to call me but I had no missed calls and he decided not to leave a voice message. Seemed to think that I should be happy enough to just make another appointment for Wednesday and take more time out to suit them.He was surprised that I was not very happy with this!"
