"Appointment made with receptionist after Storm Eowyn for roofer to fix missing & damaged slates. Someone attended at a different time to that planned and left message saying they'd arrange when to do the work with "the office." This company have been uncontactable since. A big let down. Have had rain pouring through the hole for an extra week whilst sourcing an actual roofer. Cannot say anything other than 'avoid.'"

"Needed a repair to roof for elderly parents following the recent storm. Belfast Roofing gave a very fast response and reasonable quotation and had the repair sorted the next morning. Can't fault them at all. Thank you :)"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! A bunch of cowboys. The suggested works didn't fix my issue I was having with the roof. They broke my gas meter box lid and didn't replace it, after 4 months of trying to contact them. No big deal, but you can pick these up the next day in Belfast, if you actually try to order one... the work completed didn't resolve my issue so tried contacting them multiple times, upwards of 25 times over 4 months. No answer. No reply to texts. Sent a letter to ask them to contact me - refused the delivery. Avoid like the plague. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Leo and his colleague were friendly prompt, polite and thorough in their work, they were out on the Friday to look at the roof and it was fixed by the following Wednesday. Have yet to wait on some heavy rain to test the repairs to the roof but very happy with the work they showed me so far."

"Avoid at all costs, complete cowboys. I paid them to replace the lead in a valley in my roof as it was leaking. Continued to leak after the repair. Getting in contact with them was nearly impossible even though the work was supposed to be guaranteed. They have not honoured the guarantee. They have ignored my phone calls, pretty sure they have blocked my number. Eventually had to get another roofer out. He inspected the roof and told me the lead hadn't been replaced and the repair was a complete botch. Showed me the lead he took of and it was old and broken. This company is owned by a cowboy called Tom smyth who has previous convictions for fraud. Google his name."
