"This was the first time I'd used Ben's Gutters and ours is a newly-built house that isn't shown on Google maps, yet. The booking process was a bit clunky and confusing. Eventually, we got a quote and booked a day. I was told this would be narrowed down to a 2-hour window later. Mid-way through the window, I received a text from James saying he was running 30 minutes late, which wasn't a problem. James arrived, discussed what I needed and set to work. He cleaned out the gutters and downpipes. He also took a photo of a defect in the rendering that needs attention. Water, birds or wasps might get in. Nice work. Done in half-an-hour."
