Benchmark Lofts

"Tom has put together a brilliant team that delivered a high quality finish, bang on time. Considerate, skilled and communicative, they were all a pleasure to have working away. And we had a newborn baby whilst all this was going on. We’ve recommended them to local friends looking to complete similar projects too."

"We just completed a loft conversion using Benchmark. The whole process was so straightforward and the finished product is exceptional. I was on maternity leave and living in the house during the whole process with a newborn and a toddler. Every member of the team who came - builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters - was absolutely lovely. Really kind to my toddler and pleasant to deal with throughout - they made a huge effort to keep as much of the house livable as possible and were very diligent in keeping everything tidy and safe. Absolutely amazing guys - highly, highly recommend (especially when comparing to prior projects which were much smaller but far more difficult and frustrating)."

"I’ve now had two loft conversions completed by Benchmark Lofts, one at my previous home and another at my current property, and both experiences have been exceptional. The team delivered outstanding quality, on schedule and with great attention to detail. Their craftsmanship transformed our spaces beautifully, and communication throughout the process was clear and professional. I’ve recommended them to friends, and they’ve also had excellent experiences. Reliable, skilled and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Benchmark Lofts for anyone considering a loft conversion!"

"We are delighted by the care and quality that Thomas and the team at Benchmark gave us while delivering our loft conversion. They are diligent, professional and all highly skilled in their trades. All of the team were happy and polite, they felt more like friends than contractors in our home. Their communication is very clear and they have great problem solving skills when things need to be adjusted on site. All of the price information is clear at the start and any changes identified quickly before ordering. They take great pride and responsibility in the quality of their work. For example, there was an error cutting the bathroom counter top, and rather than trying to change the design, Tom organised and paid for a replacement accepting responsibility. They have also been very fast to respond to small issues that have come up after completion to be sure we are happy even after they leave. I would highly recommend Benchmark and have done so already to neighbours and friends."

"It was a pleasure dealing with Tom and the whole team at Benchmark. Everything was completed professionally and punctually with a smile. All decisions were made in consultation with us, so there were no surprises and the quality of their workmanship is first class. No real snagging either. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys."
