"Brilliant service from Neil and Ian. We had bees nesting in the cavity wall and following advice from the Bee Keepers Association, called in BFAI Pest Control. Neil responded straight away and attended as arranged to deal with the bees and block the hole. As we had also had wasps nests in the past, Neil and Ian fitted mesh over the air bricks (they actually found and treated a wasp nest while doing the work) and went above and beyond by replacing a loose roof slate!
