Big Ferro

"We are thrilled with our new juliette balcony made by Big Ferro. It exceeded expectations. They were efficient and delightful from start to finish."

"I brought in a broken chair with metal legs to Piers Honeywell at Big Ferro in the hope he could fix it. Not only did his team fix it but they did a brilliant job and did not charge much. He and his entire team were so courteous. I can highly recommend them. Thank you"

"Great service, worked with me to agree internal staircase banister design and invited me to workshop to finalise so no mishaps. Looks great and could not be happier"

"This is now my go-to place for metal fabrication. I needed a stand for my audiophile system. Therefore there were dual requirements both of massive robustness and of the high quality appropriate to a piece of furniture showcasing high-end components. Received an excellent piece made and finished beautifully. I will shortly be ordering a matching table for my pc gaming system. Service was prompt and contact with the company representatives was easy, pleasant, and they were very responsive to my exact requirements. They were able to handle designs presented electronically as CAD files, which is very useful if the design is complex. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Big Ferro."

"Big Ferro is a wonderful company! From the start, Marta was so knowledgeable with the products and understanding of my requirements. She spent good quality time on the phone and directing me to photos of their work to give examples to help me visualise. Ricardo and the team installed with great professionalism, despite some rain! There were a few snags however they were more than happy to resolve - which is very important in terms of the whole experience and customer service. Obviously it’s great to get it right first time, but the key thing is when you have issues, how willing is the company going to help you to resolve it?!? That’s how you build on business and that is how great Big Ferro are. Great customer service from start to finish."
