"Ridiculous company. The call out technician is the rudest businessman I have come across, he has asked me to pay £150 for him to reset my access on my phone for my cameras. Upon asking if there’s anything I can do on my end to maybe gain access, he’s advised to have himself come and sort things. When explaining how £150 is a lot to pay especially if it’s something that can be done over the phone with guidance, he’s told me he needs to pay tax and his time is valuable. Had many issues in the past with this company. Would NOT recommend"

He was extremely helpful, professional, and explained everything clearly so I understood what had gone wrong and what needed to be done. "Truly one of the worst contractors I've ever had the misfortune to use, poor installation, couldn't configure the app to work correctly with the equipment, completely mis-sold the quality of the equipment he claimed he was installing, and then went on to deny my consumer rights. He was fully aware that I have young children in the house, yet I found bits of wire clippings and screws for weeks after the installation was done. In addition, waste was left in my house instead of taken with them, and incorrectly disposed of in my green garden bin, and the worst of the lot was how the hard drive was wired, exposed wires that were unsheathed and easily accessible to small hands. A genuinely dangerous and defective installation that could have caused harm to my children, absolutely unacceptable. I have now removed all of the installation as I considered it unsafe and useless."
