Blocked Drainage Plumbers

"An excellent experience. Owen came on time, quickly assessed the problem and solved it efficiently. He also swiftly solved another issue, which I hadn't flagged in advance, and didn't charge extra. The cost was reasonable in this day and agte. He is a charming, polite individual, and I have no hesitation in recommending him. If we have a drainage problem in future, he will be the first person I contact."

"Owen gave excellent service. He rang me back promptly following my email and gave me a two-hour time slot. He arrived promptly and cleared the drain and cleaned everything down. I will use him again and recommend him."

"Owen was really helpful when we spoke on the phone, arrived quickly, and did a great job at a very reasonable price. There's so many cowboys out there, so it's great to find someone you can rely on."

"Nice enough guy, but he didn't actually manage to sort out our drains (or tell us what the issue is), and still got charged £120. I understand other companies don't take payment if they don't fix the issue. Although advertised on his site that he has a drain camera to ascertain issues, apparently this needs to be hired in and costs £350 or so. On a side note, he was a bit messy, lots of dripping pipes on the floor of our our sons bedroom, wouldn't have minded if the problem had been sorted though. To his credit he did remove his shoes when walking through our hallway which had just been varnished."

"Really delighted with service I've just received from Owen. He arrived really quickly after my call this morning and cleared my blocked sink in no time at all - despite it being significantly blocked within the pipework which I had spent the best part of the night before trying to clear. True to word all at fixed price - couldn't be happier! Thanks!"
