"Kenny attended promptly at 7.30 am to look at a blocked toilet. This was a difficult problem as the drainage pipe dissapeared into a neighbouring building. A another drainage company had been unable to fix it, but Kenny gained access to my neighbours basement, inspected the options and managed to get the blockage cleared.
