"Took over 3 weeks to finish a job that they quoted 3 days for, absolute joke of a company, do not use! About 2 weeks after them completing work they got back in touch saying they needed to come back because they missed something, so i said you can come after christmas, they then started begging me saying no one can get paid for the job until its done, and saying they would pay me £100 for the inconvenience, to which i agreed. That was over a week ago and now im getting blanked, theyre nice until they get what they want then they ghost you, do not listen to their empty promises! Avoid!"

"Do Not Use This Company!! Not professional. Not completed work within time frame. False and broken promises made by Will and Jess. Surveyor does not even explain anything. Seem friendly until they get job done then ignore the customer. Left put of pocket. They seem to liase with Peter Anthony Liverpool who also do not care about tennants. Forced job to get paid. Didnt not even put blinds and curtains back on and even that done incorrectly. Alll pics of issues and dates can be provided. 22nd September work started. 18th October still waiting for blinds to be put back on. 3 young children live in property yet both companies do not give duty of care. Do not use at all."

"Unprofessional and inadequate service provided. Which is a huge shame because I had great faith in the team who seemed extremely friendly until my husband and I started to question jobs left undone in the property once the team claimed they were done. The property was not left in the condition it was in when started. We had to pay alot for the carpets to be cleaned too due to their filth. Absolutely pathetic manners towards customers. Nobody from the team took accountability or even offered a sincere apology. A 'manager'promised to reimburse costs for carpets, and also to replace furniture that no longer fit due to work carried out - which they never advised before starting work. An absolute joke of a company. Avoid."

"So impressed with my experience of Bloxt. I was given a free boiled and other home upgrades for free though the Eco Scheme, which I was eligible for through a health condition. All staff were so kind and hardworking. Sam on the phone was amazing and so helpful. The lads who did the work were all very respectful and did an amazing job. Will who was in charge was there every step of the way and truly went above and beyond for my family. I would and have recommended Bloxt to everyone. Thanks again so much everyone at Bloxt!"

"Bloxt were brilliant. Gave me a new boiler and internal wall insulation completely free. Improvement in the warmth of my house and also noticed a difference in the energy bills already. Everyone I came into contact with were a pleasure, thanks again everyone."
