Bobs Gates

"Glynn is Bobs son.He is a very nice and friendly person.I had to widen my drive in and Glynn took on the task of adapting my gates too new size and he did an excellent job he works mostly on his own so be a little patient.I am sure Glynn can suite many challengers."

"Sadly having to write. Glynn was brilliant right up until the gate was installed however I realised within a week or so that the bolt slider was about half an inch out meaning you couldn’t really open or close the gate properly. This was back in early April and for the last 6 months I’ve tried in vain to get Glynn to come back to make the adjustment to the bolt slider as well as a touch up of the paint so we can use this properly. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’d be told he’d be coming only for a no show. I’ve been polite and understanding throughout as I know there were some factors to this, but after repeated messages and calls without response I’ve no longer got a choice. It’s a shame as I say Glynn seems a really nice guy, but his communication and treatment of customers leaves a lot to be desired."

"Fantastic 24 hour turn around from Bobs gates. Made, supplied & fitted at an incredible price and fantastic craftsmanship. Will 100% use again and will be recommending to family and friends."

"Once Glynn gets your money, YOU DON'T EXIST.. I told him about the issue and he was quick to promise he'll be back tomorrow morning - never showed up, nevermind letting me know. When I asked again, he said he's coming the following Friday, again - no show, no communication. When asked again - I was called arrogant?? Very poor communication and no respect to his customers and their time. Have some photos of his so called quality... AVOID!"

"Glynn is great! Brilliant communication, turned up when he said he would and did a great job on our new alley gate. Good worker and excellent value. Would highly recommend."
