"I had a boiler installed by Boilerhut around 3–4 years ago. The installation workmanship guarantee is 2 years. I contacted them previously about a pipe that had been fitted incorrectly and they sent someone to fix the issue, which was resolved at the time. Recently another pipe connected to the boiler (condensate pipe) started leaking and causing damage in the house. An engineer from the boiler manufacturer mentioned that the pipe may have been installed incorrectly and said they would contact Boilerhut as well. When I contacted Boilerhut, I was told the installation was now outside the 2-year workmanship guarantee and that I should contact a local plumber instead. After posting this review I received an email asking me to remove it within 24 hours and stating they could take action that may cost up to £5000. I am only sharing my experience so other customers can make their own decision."
