"Great service, quick and informed responses and clear communication. Ben kept me updated when he was able to come out and disconnect my old alarm and replace it with a new security system. He has set up a good, easy to use system and sent video instructions in how to use the alarm and checked to make sure the system was working for me. Friendly and professional throughout, thank you!"

"I contacted Bold Security to replace my alarm system that was provided by Verisure. Ben provided me with the right solution I need for my home security system. Ben was very professional, provided a good product and was very attentive. His workmanship was good, kept to the time he said he would come and most importantly tidied up after installing the home alarm system. I strongly recommend Ben and Bold Security."

"We recently had Bold Security install a full CCTV system throughout our property, and the service provided by Ben and his team was exceptional. The installation was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and professionalism at every stage. I had concerns about potential damage to the external render, but the team worked with great care — there was no damage whatsoever, and all cabling was expertly concealed within containment for a clean and unobtrusive finish. In addition to the CCTV system, they also installed a new house alarm, which was completed to the same excellent standard. Ben went above and beyond, returning on multiple occasions to address any queries and ensure everything was operating perfectly. Bold Security is a highly professional and trustworthy company that clearly takes pride in its work. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks lads, Dave"
