"I had a beautiful oval patio kit from this company. When we unpacked it 1 of the central pieces was broken. I contacted the company and they very quickly sent a replacement , no quibbles. The replacement came about 1 week later. 1 tile delivered on its own pallet, free of charge. We were very impressed with this response. Our patio is built and looks lovely. My husband and I laid it ourselves and it was straight forward to do. Thanks again for your excellent service"

"Had four patio sets delivered and installed just over a year ago and after inspecting them this year found out that on all the slabs the colouring is starting to disappear, as their already in place there's nothing l can do now, so the light brown and light cream coloured patios l've built are both turning light grey.
