"Cut a replacement piece of glass for my door.. Job well done."

"Very good joiners with excellent attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the service and workmanship - they fitted a specially designed, huge timber framed window for me which has transformed my house both inside and out."

"Only needed three pains of glass for the greenhouse late Friday afternoon. Stayed open an extra 15mins. till I got there. Without that service I would have had to wait until Monday to make the repair. Much appreciated."

"Absolutely disappointed. Informal and not profesional at all.. We had an appointment to see and quote a broken glass at home. He never came, even I phoned twice while waiting..when I finally reached him, he didn’t explain any reason (?!!). This, made me run late to my work. Seems as if customer service is not important in this business... a pity!"
