Build DFD

"An absolute pleasure to work with. The only things we had to do was decide what we wanted and the guys made it happen. Professional, courteous, tidy and thorough. Couldn’t have made the whole process any easier from a customer perspective. With an absolute dream space at the end!"

"DFD helped us to transform a dingy unloved house into a light and airy home. I would absolutely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend to a friend. Communication was prompt and open throughout the large project. Work progressed really quickly with various trades-people attending the house everyday from start to finish. Dan did a fantastic job of ensuring no time was wasted by efficiently managing contractors. The greatest differentiator for us was the consideration for the restoration of a period property, with recommendations made throughout to help us stay sympathetic to the building's era whilst modernising to create a functional family space. Thanks Dan and the DFD team!"

"We approached Build DFD for a quote and availability for a small project at our home- including rebuilding an offshot extension, reconfiguring the downstairs floorplan and laying new flooring. From the start they were responsive, prompt and clear on cost- working with us on our budget and timeframe (the team came up with creative ideas on how to best achieve this). Throughout the project everyone who came to work on our home was courteous, knowledgeable and communicative. We’re really happy with the work and finish. Thanks go to Tom & Ainsley- and Dan and Josh who really helped us out with choosing the right flooring. Dan, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is going according to plan. Build DFD have checked in and followed up on queries after completion. We cannot recommend them enough and won’t hesitate to contact them again for our next project."

"Recently worked with Build DFD for a few different jobs on a terrace in Sheffield - removing an internal load bearing wall, adding a new external window, replacing two windows and leveling a concrete and wooden floor. Initially spoke to Josh who was incredibly helpful in tailoring the project to meet my needs and also budget, who then put my in contact with Dan who organised everything on site. Very supportive, replied to any questions over text in a short timespan, work was completed to a high standard throughout. Price was also very reasonable and the guys kept the place tidy. Would definitely recommend Build DFD to anyone in sheffield and I will be getting more work done by them in future. Ewan Walker"

"I can't recommend DFD Build highly enough. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, prompt and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dan and Josh, in particular, went above and beyond at every stage and nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole team were incredibly friendly, hardworking and genuinely attentive to every detail. Their commitment to the agreed timescale was impressive and the quality of their workmanship really shows. It’s rare to find builders who are this reliable, professional and easy to work with. If you're looking for a team that delivers excellent results while being a pleasure to deal with, DFD Builders are the ones to call. Thank you again, Dan, Josh and the rest of the team!"
